Subject: ROOM #313 - UNPROFESSIONAL & INAPPROPRIATE MAINTENANCE MAN COMES IN AN PAID FOR & OCCUPIED HOTEL ROOM W/ DND SIGN Hello Ms. O'Connor & Mr. Davis, I wanted to make you aware of an inappropriate incident that occurred yesterday at The Daytona Hotel in Daytona Beach, FL. On Friday, July 31st (between approximately 12:30pm & 12:40pm), my husband went to the front desk of the hotel to ask if it were possible to have a microwave in our hotel room. Apparently, the young lady at the front desk didn't know if there was one available and informed him that she would have to find one. I don't understand how we're paying over $300/night to stay in an 'executive suite' and there's no microwave to heat up food. But, it gets better. My husband then leaves the front desk. During this time, my child and I are in the hotel (unaware that housekeeping is coming up to our room to deliver a microwave). Please let me make this next statement perfectly clear. As a women (and half-dressed in my hotel room - and that we are paying more than $300/night to stay in), I am not expecting anyone but my husband to COME INTO my hotel room. 5 Stars — One Daytona is always a win! We absolutely love One Daytona and look forward to visiting every chance we get—but the annual Corvette Show is hands-down one of our favorite events of the year! The atmosphere is electric with stunning cars, friendly people, and that perfect mix of sunshine and excitement. The layout is ideal for strolling, shopping, and grabbing a bite while admiring all the incredible vehicles on display. Whether you’re a car enthusiast or just tagging along for the vibes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Between the great restaurants, clean and walkable grounds, and the overall welcoming vibe, Ponce Inlet Corvette does an amazing job hosting this event. Art Show at One Daytona this weekend was amazing!! So many different mediums and styles from resin to glass to oil paintings to metal. There is jewelry and photo art. Murals being painted in real time and artists exhibit sessions. There is an “oil painting for beginners” class starting at 1:00 pm so hurry here, you won’t regret it.

Fun spot to shop, dine, play, and people watch. We enjoyed watching the hauler showcase, had some apps and walked sround. Public restrooms were available and we enjoyed live music in the middle of it all with games and dessert.
